UV roll to roll printing machine

The automatic roll to roll silk screen printing machine mainly includes a feeder, a screen printing station and a hot air dryer.

UV dryer and IR dryer is available for option.

For heat transfer label printing, a powder machine can be added to the printing line.

The printing machine has an auotmatic register system by photosensors, so it can print multi colors by overprint with high accuracy. The tolerance is +/-0.01mm.

CCD automatic register system also available for special printing application.

Application: heat transfer label and sticker, vulcanizable label, home applicance panel, membrane switch, graphic overlay, in-mold decoration label, flexible printed circuit, RFID antenna, printed electronics, bicycle decals, etc.

Printing materials: all kinds of film or paper material in roll form, such as PET, PC, paper, fabric, etc.

All of the main electrical parts used in the printing machine are selected from good brands: Servo motor--Yaskawa, PLC--Mitsubishi, Convertor--Mitsubishi, Sensor--Panasonic.
