Introduction:
The LTA-5070 roll to roll heat transfer label printing machine is specially designed for heat transfer label printing in roll form. The printing line is comprised of a feeder, a screen printing unit, a hot melt powder applicator and a hot air dryer. Usually it print heat transfer labels on PET film, printing on heat transfer paper also available with it. The machine can print solvent ink, water base ink and plastisol ink.
LTA-5070 roll to roll heat transfer label printing machine with tension control, dust cleaning, static eliminating, vacuum table, inspection glass table, roll splicing table, servo motor, automatic register system, 3-inch Air shaft. The hot air dryer inner pass length 60 meters.
The machine is single printing station, it print both one color and multicolor labels. For multicolor label printing, we print sensor marks on the film for registration. This machine is low energy consumption, high printing capacity and high precision, only one operator, save production cost.
We also offer rewinding & slitting machine and sheet cutting machine to cut the printed roll into narrow roll label or single piece label
